> Registering for the Career Fair will provide you with a booth, a table, a backdrop, a sign with your company name, etc. – but there are also other optional items and services that you can buy to make your display even more attractive to the students. Click here to find out what you can do with your Career Fair booth.
> Is your company looking for a way to increase its presence and exposure to students during the Career Fair? We are offering sponsorship packages that allow you to advertise in the UW school newspaper and Career Fair brochure, receive a prominent booth position, have your company logo on the SEBA website, and many other options for generating interest in your company. Please visit our Sponsorship page for more information.
> Cancellations must be made before September 28th. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after September 28th. If payment is not received by July 2nd, a late-payment fee of $100 will be applied to the total cost. Because we have to pay vendors for their support with the Career Fair, we will strictly enforce late-payment fees. See the Payment page for more info.
> You can ship supplies and have them waiting for you at the Ballroom in the HUB. This service requires an additional charge and can be specified during registration or later by contacting us directly. For more information, view our shipping page.
> If you need overnight accommodations near the UW campus, you can click here for a listing of local hotels.

> If you would like to host an Information Session or on-campus interviews at UW on or near the date of the Career Fair, please contact the Employer Relations Manager at the UW Career Center ([email protected]) and/or Gail Cornelius ([email protected]), Career Center @ Engineering Director, for information about your options.
> Last year’s career fair was one of the most successful ones yet with 125 companies in attendance.
> Please be aware that the Science and Engineering Business Association (SEBA) is NOT in charge of scheduling Information Sessions or Interview Rooms. Because of other Career Fairs and events on campus, space becomes very limited around this time.
> Don’t worry, the UW Career Center can post your job or internship opportunity on the HuskyJobs website for employers.
> Contact Ashraf Faraj if you have any other questions regarding registering for the Career Fair, or want to be added to our mailing list.
