The SEBA Science & Engineering Career Fair is one of the largest recruiting events at the University of Washington and the only entirely student-run career fair on campus. It is geared towards uniting the best and brightest science and engineering students with the top companies of the Pacific Northwest and across the nation. It's widely recognized among UW students and highly anticipated since 2009.

​By attending the SEBA Science & Engineering Career Fair, you will increase your brand visibility and access a diverse talent pool of UW students, alumni, and community members in the midst of their Fall Quarter job searches. It's also an opportunity for companies to demonstrate their company culture, network with other businesses and potential candidates, and share information about their open roles.
The SEBA Science & Engineering Career Fair is open to all majors and years of study (including alumni) of all three campuses, as well as members of the UW community. We are excited to host this invaluable recruiting opportunity and look forward to your involvement in 2025 in person.

Info Session and
Coffee Chat
SEBA will organize a Coffee Chat following your info session to allow you to engage with students in a smaller, private setting before the career fair. This event offers a more relaxed and personal setting for students to ask questions and learn more about your company. It's a great opportunity to scout high-potential talent and establish connections before the career fair begins.
Interview Sessions
Capitalize on post-event momentum by utilizing a complimentary 3-hour session in a dedicated meeting room for conducting one-on-one interviews. Scheduled for the day immediately following the career fair (October 16), this session allows your representatives to focus solely on candidate engagement and selection.

Cancellation Policy
​On or before Friday, September 26, 2025: Full refund
No refunds will be given for cancellations made beginning on Saturday, September 27.
Late Payment Fees
If registration is not paid by Friday, September 26, 2025, a late payment fee of $100 may be applied to avoid booth forfeiture.
​
Government/state entities are exempt from the late payment fee.
